CONCEPT DESIGNER | ART DIRECTOR | CREATIVE STRATEGIST
As a Concept Designer, I operate at the intersection of art direction and creative strategy. A pretty efficient two-in-one deal, if you ask me.
At BOSS, I work directly with the Creative Director on a daily basis. In fact, he created the role of Concept Designer, Creative Direction specifically for me, giving us the opportunity to shape what the position could become. It had never existed in this form before, and I am incredibly proud of what we have built.
From our Creative Direction hub, I help shape the creative vision across BOSS and HUGO. Beyond overseeing seasonal concept development, I lead the creative direction for runway shows, special projects, celebrity partnerships and brand collaborations. Over the past six years, I have worked across menswear, womenswear, kidswear, interiors and licensing, collaborating with long-standing global partners such as David Beckham and Aston Martin.
What that looks like day to day depends on the needs of each project. Concept creation is highly collaborative. I work closely with Creative Direction and Design, while partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Product Management, Buying, Art Direction, Business Development and Marketing. These teams take my initial concepts and, together, we evolve them into cohesive creative experiences that continuously strengthen the brand.
Aligning a creative vision across a global company like BOSS truly takes a village. I would describe my leadership style as collaborative, uplifting and strategic. I genuinely enjoy bringing people together, creating clarity and seeing the teams I work with thrive.
My role spans everything from developing seasonal narratives and concept decks to guiding projects from ideation through execution. That includes development phases, milestone planning, lookbook shoots, set design, partner styling and much more.
What I enjoy most is balancing creative instinct with structured execution. There is something incredibly rewarding about taking an idea from its very first spark all the way to seeing it come to life.
